Tomato soup and grilled cheese... "comfort food for uncomfortable times "
was the theme for this luncheon. This was the most delicious tomato soup I have ever tasted!
Crepes, sauce Supreme the way it is suppose to be!

Grilled Lambchopper cheese, tomato soup orb... a little silly but well received

Thermomix... finally found one on Ebay... Love this thing!

Veal Breast treated like pork belly

Veal breast, cured, smoked and then braised in the C-vap at 185 F for 14 or so hours
the jelly was amazing!

Amen...
